Privacy & Comfort

Located at a distance from each other, without shared communal spaces, the Summera guesthouses have been built in the Cycladic architectural style: white, adobe-style cubes surrounded by stone walls with wooden openings. The spacious interiors, high ceilings and an overall sense of airiness is echoed by the free, open spaces outside.

Floors and surfaces are paved with cement mortar, uniformly connecting all areas and lending a feeling of coolness, underscored by the white walls and eclectic decor. The interior color scheme in tones of gray, natural wood and white harmoniously blends with the natural landscape outside.

Functional layout

Each residence has its own separate entrance, creating an exclusively personal space. To the front of Villas 1 & 3 is a paved courtyard with two separate areas, each with its own entrance, allowing for greater privacy. One area hosts the living and dining area, with an additional sofa bed, the open kitchen and a bedroom with its own bathroom, and the second independent area is the other bedroom with its own bathroom. All areas have an eastern orientation with a view of the pool and the sea.

In Villa 2 there are three independent spaces: a living room with the dining room and the open kitchen and two separate bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.

Exterior

Spacious and deliciously comfortable, the outdoor dining and living area is shaded from the hot midday sun by a wooden pergola, while the open pool area is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The Summera grounds impress with their spaciousness and unobstructed view, while the guesthouse interiors beckon with their stylish furnishings and functionality. It is a place to spend the whole day and night, whether you want to enjoy some alone time or delight in the company of your friends and/or family.
